Will it run on my computer?
Mac requires macOS 26 or later and Apple silicon (M1 or newer); Intel Macs are not supported. Windows requires Windows 11 x64. Setup downloads a model of about 1.1 GB for fast or 3.1 GB for balanced. Does it replace every part of my writing workflow?
Fixly focuses on selected-text rewriting and translation. It uses a shortcut and a popup for review, rather than automatically replacing text. App support depends on whether Fixly can read your selection through accessibility. If it cannot, use Writing studio on Windows or the practice box in Mac Setup. Try your everyday apps during the trial before deciding.
Does anything use the internet?
Installation, model downloads, activation, periodic license validation, updates, and enabled acquisition measurement use the internet. Rewriting and translation run locally. See our privacy policy for measurement choices.
